TIME & PLACE:
Allaži school sports centre, Allaži parish, Sigulda region (~10 km south from Sigulda), Latvia.
- Friday, 17.09 Arrival of delegations, accreditation and accommodation;
- Saturday, 18.09 10.00 – singles (MS, WS);
- Sunday, 19.09 10.00 – doubles, mix doubles (MD, WD, MIX)
- ~18.00 –awarding ceremony, departure of delegations.
(This schedule is subject to changes if necessary).
SYSTEM:
KO (with all places clarification) – according with BWF rules.
SHUTLES:
Own feather shuttlecocks.
MANAGEMENT:
The competition expenses will be covered by organizers. All participation expenses (accommodation, food, participation fee, travel, shuttles) will be covered by the sending organisation or participant.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Ls 15,00 –30,00 – per person per night in hotel (Sigulda),
Ls 9,00 – per person per night in hostel (Sigulda),
Ls 3,00 – per person per night in school (22 places with the own bedclothes).

REGISTRATION:
All entries should be made by entry form and shall be sent to Sigulda Badminton club/Sigulda Sport school. Entries must be done in order of strength.
DRAW:
16.09. 2010. at 10:00 am
PARTICIPATION FEE:
Adult – Ls 8,00 (Ls 4,00 – singles, Ls 2,00 – doubles, Ls 2,00 – mixed doubles) from each player.
Youth (born 1992 and later) – Ls 6,00 (Ls 3,00 – singles, Ls 1,50 – doubles, Ls 1,50 – mixed doubles) from each player.
Participation fee can be paid by bank transfer or in the tournament place.
